Skirt/Accessory Measurement Form

Please use this form when ordering a skirt or single accessories like capes, crowns, and cuffs.

Vest Measurement Form

Please use this form when ordering your school vest.

Jumper Measurement Form

Only use this form if you are ordering a Jumper. Your school’s pricing page will specifically say “Jumper”. If you are ordering a “Sleeveless Dress” Use our Dress Measurement Form.
