Contact Your Dance Teacher:

Check with your dance teacher or costume coordinator for details on the next school order, and we’ll coordinate with your school for a completion date and measurement deadline. Your dance teacher can advise on garment pricing and guide you to the right dress for your dancer.

Submit Measurements:

Your dance teacher will set a deadline for submitting garment measurements. Choose the appropriate measurement form on our website, and ensure clear, head-on photos for certain measurements. Save a copy of your measurements received via email for your records.

Deposit Payment:

After submitting measurements, make a non-refundable deposit through the “Payments” tab. Save the payment receipt received via email. Submit measurements and deposits by your dance teacher’s deadline to avoid delays. Late measurements or deposits may postpone the start of production, which could in turn delay the completion date for your dance school’s order. Depending on the season, we may not be able to accept late orders.

Order Confirmation:

Production begins on your dancer’s costumes using the submitted measurements. Each garment is tailored to your dancer and takes about two months from receiving all measurements and deposits.

Production:

We’ll have your dance teacher or costume coordinator verify the final list of ordered garments. Once all orders are in, an invoice detailing your order and shipping will be sent to you.

Final Payments:

Approximately a week and a half before completing school costumes, we’ll contact your dance teacher/costume coordinator and email you the final invoice. Upon receiving all final payments, the complete school order will be shipped to your dance teacher/costume coordinator.
